The service

WellFitCV reframes your existing resume to fit a specific job description. It is a writing tool — it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment of any kind, and is provided for your personal use.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.

Free tier and Pro

• Guests get one free tailored resume; signed-in free users get three.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases that add a fixed number of tailored resumes (Job Search Pack — 10 for $3.99; Career Pack — 30 for $7.99). Pack credits do not expire.
• Pro is a monthly subscription of $18.99 USD/month that unlocks unlimited tailored resumes and downloads. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Existing lifetime Pro accounts keep their unlimited access permanently at no further charge.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no submitting unlawful content, no attempting to break or overload the system, no automated scraping beyond the provided interface, and no using output to misrepresent your real experience. You confirm you have the right to the resume content you submit.

AI output & honesty

WellFitCV is designed never to invent skills, employers, dates, or years — output is built from the experience you provide. Even so, AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing your resume before using it.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WellFitCV is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes, termination & contact

We may update these Terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. These Terms are governed by [governing law / jurisdiction — to be added]. Questions: jobcommand.contact@gmail.com.
