Why we built WellFitCV
Job seekers are told to tailor their resume to every posting — then given no time to do it. So most people send the same generic resume everywhere and wonder why they never hear back. The ones who do tailor often cross a line, padding their resume with skills they don't really have just to beat the keyword filter.
We built WellFitCV because both options are bad. You shouldn't have to choose between spending an hour per application and stretching the truth. There's a better path: take your real experience and fit it honestly to each job, in minutes.
What we believe
A resume should be a true, well-organized account of what you've actually done — pointed at the job in front of you. Tailoring is about emphasis and language, not invention.
The keyword game has made resumes worse, not better. Our answer isn't to play it harder; it's to help you present your genuine fit clearly enough that you don't need to.
The honesty promise
WellFitCV will never add a skill, role, or achievement you didn't tell us about. When a job asks for something you don't have, we show it as a gap instead of quietly filling it in.
