Your data, your control
Your resume is personal, and we treat it that way. This page is a plain-English summary of what WellFitCV stores and why. For the complete details and your rights, see our privacy policy.
What we store
We store the resume and job-description content you provide so we can generate your tailored resume, your account email (via Firebase Authentication, including Google sign-in), a counter of how many free resumes you've used, and your subscription status.
Payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and resume data while your account is active, so you can return to your work. If you'd rather it was removed, you can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time.
Deleting your data
To delete your account and associated data, email jobcommand.contact@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. The privacy policy describes the full process and the rights you have over your data.
Security
Accounts are managed through Google Firebase Authentication, and all traffic is served over HTTPS. We apply rate limiting to prevent abuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.
Third parties
To run the product we rely on a few trusted processors: Google Firebase (authentication and database), Google Gemini and OpenAI (AI generation), and Stripe (billing). Your resume text is sent to our AI providers solely to produce your tailored output. We do not sell your personal data.
